About yoPerks:
yoPerks is a QR-first loyalty and retention platform helping local businesses turn walk-ins into repeat customers through rewards, memberships, and engagement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Visit cafés, salons, restaurants, gyms, and local stores to onboard merchants
- Explain yoPerks product and reward system to business owners
- Help merchants set up and use the app
- Build relationships with local businesses
- Collect merchant feedback and market insights
- Support pilot launch activities and local growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field visits and merchant interaction
- Self-driven and eager to learn startup execution
- Basic smartphone and app understanding
- Prior sales/business development experience is a plus
