We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive with experience in the Facade/Construction industry to manage procurement of facade materials, vendor development, and commercial negotiations. The candidate will ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, and smooth coordination with design, estimation, production, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure facade materials such as Aluminium, Glass, ACP, MS/SS, Hardware, Fasteners, Silicone, and related accessories.
- Source and develop vendors, obtain quotations, and prepare comparison sheets.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track material deliveries.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and site teams for material requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor database.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of purchased materials.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years in the Facade, Aluminium, Glass, or Construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, BOQ, RFQ, and purchase documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹16,690.28 - ₹35,000.00 per month
