Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the CAD design team.
- Allocate projects and monitor team performance.
- Oversee creation of accurate and production-ready CAD models.
- Review and approve CAD files before production.
- Maintain design quality standards and technical accuracy.
- Expert knowledge of jewelry CAD software:
- Rhino, MatrixGold, JewelCAD, ZBrush, KeyShot
- Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes.
