Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support billing, quantity take-offs, anddocumentation activities for residential high-rise construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantity take-off from drawings
- Assist in preparation of BOQs
- Support RA billing and measurement verification
- Assist in material reconciliation
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurement tracking
- Support Senior QS in cost tracking activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years experience in residential construction
- Basic knowledge of BOQs and billing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Ability to understand construction drawings
- Willingness to learn and grow
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
