About the role
We build secure, accessible, multi-product web applications on a modern .NET + React stack. You'll work across the full stack — building features end-to-end from the database to the UI — within a Clean Architecture codebase shared across our products. You'll collaborate with product, design, and other engineers, and own features from design through delivery.
We develop with the help of AI coding assistants, so this role is as much about judging code quality as writing code: you'll move fast with AI and be responsible for making sure what ships is correct, secure, and aligned with our standards.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain features across the backend (ASP.NET Core Web API) and frontend (React + TypeScript SPA)
- Write clean, testable code following our Clean Architecture and CQRS conventions
- Design and query relational data in PostgreSQL using EF Core (writes) and Dapper (reads)
- Build accessible, responsive UI components (WCAG 2.1 AA) with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Use AI coding assistants (Claude) to develop features faster — and critically review their output, not just accept it
- Verify that AI-generated code is correct, secure, maintainable, and aligned with our architecture and coding standards before it ships
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of our standards
Required skills (must-have)
- 5–8 years of professional full-stack web development
- C# / .NET (8+) building ASP.NET Core Web APIs
- React 18 + TypeScript for production SPAs
- Solid REST API design and consumption
- Relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar), with an ORM (EF Core or equivalent)
- Git-based workflows and writing automated tests
- Strong grasp of secure coding fundamentals (auth, input validation, OWASP basics)
- Ability to distinguish good code from bad — readability, correctness, security, performance — and to evaluate whether code (human- or AI-written) conforms to established standards and patterns
- Comfortable reading and reviewing code as much as writing it; gives and receives thorough code review
Nice-to-have (bonus)
- Clean Architecture, CQRS, and MediatR
- Dapper for optimized read paths; PostgreSQL-specific features (JSONB, full-text search)
- Frontend tooling: Vite, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form + Zod, shadcn/ui
- Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
- Redis / caching, observability (OpenTelemetry)
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and internationalization (i18n)
- Experience with PWAs or multi-tenant/multi-customer products

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
