We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong network and proven success in marketing and placing IT consultants across Tier 1 vendors, Systems Integrators, MSP programs, and direct clients .
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the US staffing ecosystem and hands-on experience working with consultants on W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models across multiple technology domains. This role requires strong vendor relationships, negotiation skills, and a consistent track record of successful consultant placements.
- Market bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors, Systems Integrators, MSPs, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable project opportunities and match consultants with relevant open requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, account managers, and hiring managers.
- Negotiate billing rates and manage end-to-end placement cycles including interview coordination and onboarding.
- Maintain and manage a consistent pipeline of active requirements and available consultants.
- Track consultant profiles, availability, skills, and placement status using ATS/CRM tools.
- Collaborate with recruitment and account teams to maximize consultant utilization and revenue.
- Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups to improve conversion ratios.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment .
- Proven success in placing consultants with Tier 1 vendors, MSP programs, and direct clients.
- Strong existing network of vendor contacts, account managers, and staffing partners.
