About the Role
SuccessVisa is seeking an experienced and driven Education Counselor with hands-on experience in the Australian education sector to join our growing team in Chandigarh.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the Australian admissions process, student visa requirements, Genuine Student (GS) assessment, and provider-specific application procedures. We are looking for someone who can confidently counsel students, assess eligibility, manage applications, liaise with education providers, and contribute to enrollment growth.
This role is best suited for a candidate who has previously worked with Australian education providers and can independently manage student cases from inquiry through to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study opportunities in Australia, including ELICOS, VET, TAFE, undergraduate, and postgraduate programs.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, institutions, and destinations.
- Assist students with admission applications, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
- Coordinate with education providers to facilitate timely issuance of Offer Letters and Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs).
- Maintain accurate student records and update information within the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospective students to achieve enrollment targets.
- Stay updated on course offerings, admission requirements, visa regulations, and provider partnerships.
- Liaise with students, parents, and education providers to ensure a smooth application process.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, student recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in the Australian education industry.
- Hands-on experience with Australian admissions and application processes.
- Experience working with application portals, CRM systems, and document management processes.
- Proven ability to meet targets and effectively manage student inquiries and enrollments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
