Role Overview:
Seeking a multilingual CRM Executive with basic Tally knowledge to manage pre-sales and post-sales customer relations while supporting our finance team.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
- Coordinate between sales and accounts for smooth communication.
- Follow up with customers and sales staff regarding outstanding payments.
- Update customer data and assist in verifying entries in Tally.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM or customer support.
- Fluent in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of Tally (data entry and ledger verification).
- Graduate degree (Any).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
