Position: Hostel Warden
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure discipline.
- Monitor students' attendance, safety, and well-being.
- Enforce hostel rules and maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment.
- Address student concerns, complaints, and emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate with the Administration, Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain hostel records, room allotments, visitor registers, and inventory.
- Organize hostel meetings and ensure proper communication with students and parents when required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant experience in hostel administration or student affairs is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle emergencies and maintain discipline.
- Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
