QUALITY DIMENSION RAW CASTING INSPECTOR
- To Prepare documents for ready for dispatch castings –Visual inspection , Critical dimensions (As cast ) .
- Responsible to update of final quality documents in spyro software.
- Responsible to Visual castings marking after Fettling Process castings.
- To Prepare Despatch advice for ready for machining castings from ATPL at ascast conditions.
- To Prepare Non conformance reports for Deviation in process activities with defects photos and update in the spyro systems.
- Responsible to follow the NCR up to effectiveness implementation in the shop floor.
- To prepare cumulative final inspection reports & NCR records once in a week and forward to Quality Head for review with Production Department and forward to top management.
- Responsible to provide improvements points & Point implementation on monthly.
- Authority control to stop the production activities if deviation noticed in Despatch castings and in production process.
- Responsible to clear with visual marking or dimension inspection within 24Hours from received the ascast castings.
