About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads and E-Commerce campaign management. Candidates with around 2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing E-Commerce campaigns to drive sales, revenue growth, and maximize ROAS.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for E-Commerce brands.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and E-Commerce campaigns.
- Experience managing acquisition and remarketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹14,845.89 - ₹55,000.00 per month
