Vinod Kumar & Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline overall plant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong manufacturing industry experience and the ability to coordinate effectively across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a proactive leader who can resolve operational challenges, improve productivity, and support the management team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth plant functioning.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, Procurement, and HR teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory, material availability, and production resources to avoid disruptions.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, improve productivity, and optimize operational costs.
- Review daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure timely dispatches and customer commitments are met.
- Lead and motivate teams to maintain a positive and performance-driven work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
