Project Engineer. Mechanical Responsible for overseeing various project tasks including plant MOC, project planning, Fabrication workshop management, SAP utilization, and brownfield expansion projects.
Area of Exposure
Exposure of basic and detail engineering documents like plant layout, mechanical datasheet, P&ID, Piping & equipment drawings GA, Piping Isometrics, material take off list.
Prepare BOM based on P & ID and initiate procurement process.
Understand different drawing like P&ID, Structure Drawing, Piping Drawing and Equipment Detail Drawing.
Having Experienced in Equipment FAT to verify project requirement.
Follow up with purchase and vendor for availability of material to avoid Project Delay.
Inspect the material on arrival at worksite.
Installation and alignment of New reactor, instruments as per P & ID.
Ensure quality of fabrication & erection of piping with refer to isometric and P&ID.
Inspection of equipment at vendor’s site along with TPI.
Plant 3D Model review.
Coordinating with Different Vendors for execute the project and handling commissioning Activity.
CS, SS, PP, CS PTFE Lined, Jacketed Piping, IBR Piping.
PEB Detailing and Erection Planning With Safety compliance.
PEB structure fabrication including columns, rafters, purlins, and bracings.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved GFC drawings and specifications.
Material indent, Handling & Inventory Management Onsite.
Manage erection sequence and team allocation to meet project timelines.
Pre-erection checks and Post erection activities.
Arc and argon welding of piping (MOC: SS, CS, MS and Nickel). Exposure of NDT Testing.
Contractor manpower management & Housekeeping.
Preparation of work permit, Ensure Safety permits and lifting Tools safety requirements to execute the Project with Zero Accident.
Shutdown activities handle.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
