Role Responsibility:
- Manages the end-to-end patient billing cycle, ensuring accurate, timely invoice generation, and revenue collection.
- Generate and process patient bills for OPD, IPD, investigations, and other services. Daily updating of inpatient bills in consultation with clinical team.
- Revenue Collection & Payment Processing: Collect payments (cash, card, online) and ensure accurate posting into the system.
- Patient Interaction: Explain billing details, provide service cost estimates, handle queries, and resolve payment disputes.
- Reporting: Verify accuracy of charges, and prepare financial reports on daily billing activities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,726.97 - ₹25,365.10 per month
