Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Assistant with strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, Dubai Trade, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, good communication abilities, and experience in shipment coordination, documentation, invoicing, and warehouse operations. Knowledge of SAP ERP and logistics software will be an added advantage.

- Excellent knowledge in excel(vlookup,pivort,advanced spreadsheets, formulas)

- Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Data entry and record keeping
- Preparing invoices, packing list
- Filing and document management
- Shipment tracking and coordination

- DUBAI TRADE KNOWLEDGE(HIGHLY RECOMMEND)

- ANY LOGISTICS SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
