Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage dispatch documents and invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory updates
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues
- Communicate with transporters and vendors
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
