In WeCredit we are looking for confident and enthusiastic freshers for a Business Development Executive – Home Loan role.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and a positive approach towards sales
- Ability to speak with customers and understand their requirements
- Willingness to learn home loan products and processes
- A target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience will be an added advantage, although it is not mandatory.
Preference: Freshers with strong communication and confidence, particularly candidates who have some prior exposure to telecalling or customer-facing roles.
