We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate will act as the Director's trusted coordinator, ensuring seamless execution of daily priorities, managing follow-ups across departments, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and driving timely completion of tasks. Exceptional follow-up, ownership, integrity, and communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.
- Track, coordinate, and follow up on tasks across departments to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Handle emails, calls, and official communication on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential information with complete discretion.
- Conduct online research, compile reports, and assist in strategic and business initiatives.
- Organize meetings, monitor action items, and ensure effective execution.
- Assist in both official and occasional personal assignments of the Director.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Secretarial Practice, or related field preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary to senior leadership.
- Excellent follow-up and task management abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and internet research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
