Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & SEO Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our organization's digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's online presence, executing SEO strategies, creating engaging content, handling social media platforms, and assisting with all internal marketing and branding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and online visibility.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better search performance.
- Update and maintain the company website with fresh content, blogs, and service pages.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns under supervision.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Support content creation for blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Recruitment, and Management teams to fulfill internal branding and marketing requirements.
- Help create brochures, presentations, flyers, recruitment creatives, and other promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO techniques, digital marketing trends, and social media best practices.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and keyword research.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling content.
- Knowledge of Canva or other basic graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital advertising concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads is an added advantage.
