Position Summary
Looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant cum Admin to provide comprehensive support to the Vice Chairperson and oversee day-to-day administrative activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Additional certification in administration, office management, or executive assistance is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant.
- Experience supporting senior leadership, founders, promoters, or CXO-level executives.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, promoter-driven environment.
- Experience in promoter-driven, entrepreneurial, or family-managed organizations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence for the Vice Chairperson.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and track key action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, vendor management, and employee logistics.
- Support leadership meetings, events, and special projects.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
