Experience:
5-8 years
- Minimum 3-5 years in Solar EPC business
Salary Range: 80k to 85k
Roles:
- Drive sales and business development activities for Solar EPC projects
- Generate leads and acquire industrial/commercial clients
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Maintain customer-centric approach with stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and assess project feasibility
- Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities
- Track competitors and market trends
- Stay updated on state solar policies and industry developments
- Understand local industrial market and competition
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Additional management qualities - Preferred
