Role Summary
As a US Engineering Recruiter at RADISE, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and construction professionals supporting infrastructure projects across the United States. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and project leads — translating complex technical requirements into targeted sourcing strategies that consistently deliver qualified, high-caliber talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, construction, and infrastructure roles across the US market.
- Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and niche industry platforms.
- Develop and sustain a robust, continuously evolving pipeline of qualified engineering and infrastructure talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise role requirements, technical competencies, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and in-depth initial screenings to evaluate both technical qualifications and organizational fit.
- Facilitate end-to-end interview coordination between candidates and project or client teams.
- Steward candidate relationships throughout the entire hiring journey — from initial engagement through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
- Maintain meticulous records across ATS platforms and recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor market intelligence including compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and emerging hiring trends within the engineering sector.
- Contribute actively to team-wide knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of sourcing methodologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of US staffing or recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise in Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Transportation, Utilities, Environmental, or Public Works disciplines.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical, field-based, and project-driven engineering roles.
- Advanced sourcing proficiency across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and leading ATS platforms.
- Prior experience supporting Engineering Consulting Firms, Government Contractors, EPC Organizations, or Infrastructure Primes.
- Strong foundational knowledge across engineering disciplines including Civil, Structural, Transportation, Environmental, and Utilities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate on US Eastern Standard Time hours from Hyderabad.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Self-directed, high-energy professional who performs with precision in deadline-driven, high-volume environments.
