Role Overview
The "Donor Relations Executive" will be responsible for engaging with individual donors, funding partners, and philanthropic supporters to strengthen relationships and mobilize resources for the NGO’s mission. This role requires good communication skills, persuasive approach, empathy, and a passion for social impact.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary / Bachelor’s degree preferably from social work or related field.
- Prior experience in fundraising, donor relations, or customer engagement preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic, persuasive, and mission-driven personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
- Make calls, send emails, and maintain regular contact with donors and funding partners.
- Build trust and long-term engagement by understanding donor priorities and aligning them with the NGO’s initiatives.
- Assist in campaigns, events, and appeals to increase donor contributions.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, pledges, and contributions.
- Provide updates on donor engagement activities and fundraising progress to senior management.
- Work closely with program and communications teams to ensure donors are informed about impact stories and project outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
