Blissway Immigration & IELTS is looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of study visas, visitor visas, work permits, and immigration processes. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, handling inquiries, and guiding applicants throughout the visa process.
Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding Study Visa, Visitor Visa, Work Permit, and PR pathways.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Assess client profiles and suggest suitable immigration options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client records.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and visa targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Immigration or Study Visa Counseling.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Knowledge of Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and Europe visa processes.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
