Role Overview
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations across all branches and the Head Office. This is a leadership role that requires ownership of financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, team management, and strategic reporting. The incumbent will serve as the primary link between branch-level accounting operations and senior finance leadership, ensuring that all financial processes are executed with precision and in line with company policy.
Roles & Responsibilties
- Owns end-to-end accounting operations across all branches and the Head Office.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Accounts Executives
- Oversee daily sales, purchase, and expense entries across all branches in the accounting software.
- Review and approve bank payments, bank receipts, and journal vouchers prepared by the team.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills, vendor payments, statutory dues, and other financial obligations.
- Coordinate with banks, government offices, auditors, and external agencies for financial and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
- Prior experience in NBFC, gold loan, jewellery, or financial services preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
