Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Academic Counselor & Institute Coordinator who can independently manage the day-to-day operations of the institute. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with students and parents, and efficiently handle administrative responsibilities while contributing to admissions and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel students and parents regarding various courses.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert walk-in, online, and phone inquiries into admissions.
- Conduct follow-up calls with interested students.
- Maintain admission records and student databases.
Telecalling & Lead Management
- Call prospective students generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain course details, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
- Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status.
Institute Administration
- Handle daily operations of the institute.
- Manage student attendance and batch coordination.
- Ensure smooth classroom scheduling.
- Coordinate with trainers and management.
- Handle documentation and record maintenance.
Fees & Accounts Management
- Collect student fees and issue receipts.
- Maintain fee records and payment follow-ups.
- Track pending fees and send reminders.
- Prepare basic daily and monthly collection reports.
Customer Relationship
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Resolve basic queries professionally.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the learning journey.
Office Coordination
- Manage front desk operations.
- Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain office discipline and professional environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Good telecalling and sales skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and CRM software
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly behavior
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
- Prior experience in Education, Training Institute, Sales, Counseling, Telecalling, or Administration will be an added advantage
