- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues and enhance system performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor system health and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration with SAP GRC modules.

- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
