About the Role
- The Analyst Relations (AR) function plays a critical role in shaping and influencing market perception, positioning Atos in analyst evaluations across key research firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group, and others, and providing analyst insight to inform the business and GTM strategies.
- The AR Centre of Excellence (CoE) enables the execution and scaling of the AR program through a centralized, insight-led operating model. It acts as the core engine for analyst report/ RFI submissions, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. The CoE drives operational excellence across analyst engagement processes, including analyst report submissions, insight activation, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Experience in Analyst Relations and strong understanding of analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others) and their engagement models.
- Proven experience managing RFI/RFP processes, including cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AR tools and processes (e.g., ARchitect).
- Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance content quality and operational efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize insights and track performance metrics.
Job responsibilities:
- Execute defined AR CoE priorities within a centralized operating model, ensuring consistency, governance, and scalability across analyst engagements.
- Own and manage the end-to-end RFI lifecycle, including stakeholder coordination, content development, quality assurance, customer references, submissions, fact checks, and internal communications.
- Support AR Managers with analyst briefings, inquiries, strategic engagements, and events.
- Apply AI-enabled approaches to optimize RFI processes and maintain reusable knowledge assets to improve efficiency, consistency, and content reuse.
- Track analyst rankings, mentions, and positioning outcomes, and contribute to performance reporting.
- Capture and share analyst insights and ensure relevant content and assets are maintained and up to date for assigned CoE focus areas.
- Collaborate with Marketing to activate analyst content and maximise impact (e.g., reprints, campaigns, and communications).
- Ensure all analyst interactions are accurately logged and tracked in AR tools (e.g., ARchitect)
