Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential patients, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth follow-up process. Strong communication skills and fluency in Bengali are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/patients using company-provided leads
- Convert leads into prospective patients through effective communication and persuasion
- Clearly explain healthcare services, treatments, and offerings to potential clients
- Handle follow-ups to ensure lead conversion and patient engagement
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the system
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, patient coordination, or sales (preferably in the healthcare industry)
- Fluency in Bengali (mandatory) and good command of Hindi/English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
