- Coordinate and schedule the movement of freight and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize data entry skills to input and update information in the dispatch system
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure proper inventory management
- Monitor and maintain phone systems and communication
