Field Marketing Executive – Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and confident Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves on-ground engagement with schools, colleges, and educational institutes to promote our services and build strong institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, colleges, and institutes on a daily basis
- Present and explain company services in a clear and professional manner
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (principals, teachers, admin staff)
- Generate leads and support student outreach initiatives
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or a similar role
- Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory
- Confident personality with a presentable approach
Working Hours:
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Comfortable with daily travel and field visits
- Ability to handle conversations with authority figures
