What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare roles (AR Caller, Medical Biller, RCM, etc.)
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
* Screen candidates based on client requirements & job specifications
* Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
* Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
* Ensure timely closures within defined TAT
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates
Who Can Apply?
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Strong communication skills
Interest in HR & recruitment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
