INSURANCE WORK
- Handle motor insurance renewals and new policies
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations and policy issuance
- Assist clients with claim process and documentation
- Maintain policy records and follow-up with customers
- Explain insurance products and benefits to customers
RTO WORK
- Handle all RTO-related documentation and processes
- Work related to RC transfer, hypothecation, NOC, duplicate RC, etc.
- Coordinate with RTO agents/offices for timely processing
- Verify and maintain vehicle documents and records
- Ensure compliance with RTO rules and procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of insurance & RTO process preferred
- Responsible and detail-oriented
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
