Job Description – Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Executives (Telecallers) to join our jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain jewellery products, offers, schemes, and services to customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with retailers, wholesalers, and clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-ups and customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to speak Hindi, English, and regional languages (Marathi, Tamil, Malayalam) preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in tele calling or jewellery sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
