- Lead & motivate Telecallers and Team Leaders
- Drive the team to achieve daily & monthly targets
- Monitor calls, leads, follow-ups & conversions
- Improve team productivity through training & guidance
- Develop strategies for lead generation & sales growth
- Monitor performance and ensure consistent target achievement
- Handle key prospects and support client coordination
- Prepare and review sales & performance reports
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
