Unlearn by Adsomia is a creative learning initiative that empowers aspiring creators with hands-on training in various creative fields. We're looking for an experienced Video Editor cum Tutor and guide learners in mastering video editing tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other video editing software.
- Teach 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, and VFX techniques.
- Design course materials, assignments, and projects to enhance practical learning.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students on their projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and motion graphics.
- Encourage creative thinking and help students bring their concepts to life.
- Evaluate student progress and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Artist.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong knowledge of 2D/3D animation and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable lessons.
- Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and motion graphics work.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.
- Prior teaching or training experience.
