SEO / SEM Specialist – Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Manage SEM campaigns including Google Ads, display ads, and remarketing campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and landing pages for SEO
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Improve website speed, indexing, crawlability, and technical SEO performance
- Create and manage backlink-building strategies and off-page SEO activities
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly SEO/SEM reports
- Manage PPC advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers for SEO implementation
- Track search engine algorithm updates and implement necessary improvements
- Perform website audits and identify SEO issues and opportunities
- Optimize local SEO and Google Business profiles
- Monitor conversion rates and improve lead generation strategies
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and search engine best practices
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Understanding of technical SEO and website optimization
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in SEO/SEM or Digital Marketing preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
