- Sourcing & Outreach: Build candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks to attract both active and passive candidates. [1]
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate applicants for technical skills and cultural fit. [1]
- Hiring Management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and update candidate records. [1, 2]
- Offers & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires. [1, 2]
- Metric Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to refine sourcing strategies. [1]
Essential Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the company’s employer brand positively.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
