We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience and strong finance domain knowledge to support reconciliation and financial close processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM ARCS
- Design, build, and manage reconciliation profiles aligned with business requirements
- Configure and manage account groupings and hierarchies within ARCS
- Integrate ARCS with Oracle Fusion for seamless data flow and reconciliation
- Handle FX Rate integrations, FX Rate setups, and Intercompany Reconciliation in ARCS
- Develop automation solutions using EPM Automate and scripting
- Support and optimize financial close and balance sheet reconciliation processes
- Translate finance and business requirements into ARCS configurations
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
Required Skills & Expertise:
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- 10+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM ARCS
- Expertise in reconciliation profile setup and management
- Experience in Oracle Fusion integrations
- Knowledge of FX Rate setups and Intercompany Reconciliation
- Experience with EPM Automate and scripting for automation tasks
- Strong understanding of financial close and reconciliation processes
- Ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and business teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
