Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maximize sales conversions through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and customer engagement.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including site visits, documentation, booking, and post-booking coordination.
- Guide customers through the booking process and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
- Provide regular market feedback and valuable inputs to management for project planning, product specifications, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as CRM, Marketing, and Finance to ensure timely customer support and successful closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
