Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and statutory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely tax filings, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls while supporting business decision-making through MIS and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Tax laws.
- Handle GST compliance including:
- GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.)
- GST Reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC) management.
- Data preparation for GST notices, assessments, and departmental correspondence.
- Manage TDS compliance including:
- Deduction, deposit, and return filing.
- Issuance of TDS certificates.
- Reconciliation with Form 26AS and TRACES.
- Coordinate Income Tax compliance and support tax audits.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management on compliance requirements.
3. Payroll & Employee Compliance
- Coordinate with HR for payroll reconciliations and employee settlements.
- Coordinate with HR and calculation of TDS on employees salary
4. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and budget variances.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
5. Team Management
- Supervise and guide Accounts Executives and Finance team members.
- Allocate work, review outputs, and monitor performance.
Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA (Inter or Final) / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com.
- 5–7 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Taxation.
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance.

- Familiarity with vendor management, contract billing, and project-wise accounting.

- 100% timely filing of GST, TDS, and statutory returns.
- Monthly closure of books within defined timelines.
- Minimal major audit observations.
- Accuracy of financial reports and reconciliations.
- Timely preparation of MIS and management reports.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
