3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Sales, Service, or related modules)
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, security model, and customization framework
Experience in CRM configuration and customization (entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules)
Hands‑on development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, and web resources
Experience with integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, OData, and Power Platform
Good exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate (Flows), and Dataverse will be an added advantage
Experience with data migration, imports, and exports
Familiarity with Azure services, Azure AD, and authentication concepts
Experience using Azure DevOps for work item tracking, deployments, and source control
Ability to support testing, production issues, and post‑go‑live activities
