Speedways Rent A Car Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted corporate mobility solutions company providing chauffeur-driven car rental services to leading corporate clients across Mumbai. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by calling and following up with prospective corporate clients.
- Handle enquiries received through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other online channels.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings whenever required. (This role is primarily office-based; occasional client visits may be required.)
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Customer Relationship, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics or BPO.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and internet applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidates
Experience in Corporate Sales, Travel, Hospitality, Car Rental, Fleet Management, Logistics or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
