Business Development Executive – Mumbai (Tardeo)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and build strong client relationships across residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior projects. Experience in furniture, interiors, architecture, construction, or related industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, exhibitions, and site visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, follow-ups, and closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project discussions and execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, sales reports, and client documentation.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline reports, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
- Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and travel.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, architecture, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.

Experience:

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
