Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can seamlessly handle both sales and marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through paid advertising platforms and converting them into customers through effective inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities - Marketing & Lead Generation
- - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- - Develop data-driven strategies to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
- - Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- - Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- - Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and copies.
- - Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities - Sales (Inbound & Outbound)
- - Handle inbound leads generated through campaigns and convert them into customers.
- - Conduct outbound sales including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- - Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services.
- - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-ups.
- - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
CRM & Reporting
- - Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools.
- - Track and report performance metrics regularly.
- - Provide insights to improve lead quality and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- - 1–4 years experience in digital marketing + sales.
- - Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory).
- - LinkedIn Ads & Snapchat Ads (preferred).
- - Strong understanding of lead generation and conversions.
- - Experience in inbound & outbound sales.
- - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- - Analytical and target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- - Experience in performance/growth marketing.
- - Understanding of landing page optimization.
- - Knowledge of email marketing tools is a plus.
