Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services and software solutions
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Present company services (web development, software solutions, IT etc.) to clients
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of IT services/products (Web, Software, Digital, SaaS, etc.)
Knowledge of lead generation tools and LinkedIn sales outreach
Negotiation and closing skills
Basic understanding of CRM tools
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
