Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into high-quality finished projects that align with brand guidelines and creative direction. The role requires strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in editing software, and a keen eye for visual composition and pacing.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality video content
- Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and marketing department to understand project requirements
- Trim footage, add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions
- Perform color correction and basic color grading
- Synchronize audio and enhance sound quality
- Create social media content (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Promotional Videos)
- Manage and organize video assets and archives
- Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of professional video editing experience
- Proficiency in editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression

- Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)
- Experience in color grading
- Basic knowledge of cinematography
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and digital marketing platforms
- Experience working in a production house, agency, or corporate media team
