Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients and partners, and contributing to revenue-generation activities. You will work closely with internal teams to execute business strategies, analyze market trends, and expand GHO’s presence across target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Meet clients to understand requirements and explain products
- Coordinate client engagement from discussion to implementation
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Support sales and marketing activities and prepare proposals/presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
- Attend client meetings and industry events
- Follow up with clients post-implementation
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Result-oriented mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an added advantage but not mandatory
Nice to Have
- Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven business environments
- Familiarity with lead generation, client outreach, or CRM-based sales processes
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, partnerships, or market research
