About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and experience in managing customer interactions, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong connections with clients.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Customer Retention: Ensure satisfaction and loyalty through consistent engagement.
- Follow-ups: Regularly check in with clients for feedback and requirements.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- CRM Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities.
- Customer Feedback: Monitor feedback and suggest improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and maintain CRM systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive, customer-centric attitude
