Job Summary
The Branch Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day branch operations, customer relationship management, loan processing, documentation, collections, and business development. The role requires ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for loan products through direct sales and referrals.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Process loan applications, KYC verification, and documentation.
- Coordinate loan disbursement and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with customers for EMI collections and overdue accounts.
- Ensure branch cash handling and operational processes are accurate.
- Maintain compliance with RBI and company policies.
- Support branch audits and documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager to achieve business targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any equivalent discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in an NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Experience in loan processing, collections, or branch operations is preferred.
Required Skills

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Loan Management Systems).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
